Linking Process Improvement With Top Level Business Strategy Cited as the Number one Challenge in the Year Ahead for Process Professionals

In a recent PEX Network Strategic Business Transformation Survey, 1 in 4 process professionals report stated that linking process improvement with top level business strategy is their number one challenge in the year ahead.
